When you shop at, you always have a full 30-day right to return period!
On receipt of the package, we will refund the full amount to the credit card you used when you placed the order.

How to return
A return form is included with your order. Please fill out the form with the details of the item you are returning, and send it together with the goods to our return address:

If you have mislaid your return form, please contact us at and we will immediately email a replacement.
You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning an item.

We will automatically refund the amount to the credit card used when placing the order, and send you confirmation within five working days of receiving the return package.

Exchanging for another product
Unfortunately, we cannot offer automatic exchange for another item. But the refund process is automatic. And you can order the product you want at any time at

When we shop online ourselves, our main concern is always how the webshop provider handles customer complaints. This is therefore top priority for all of us and we ALWAYS handle complaints fairly.
Simply take a photograph of the fault and send it together with a brief description to:, and we'll quickly find a solution.
Always contact us before you return an item, as there may be a different return procedure for that particular product.

How to report a faulty product
If you receive a faulty product, please do not use it. Instead, contact us immediately at: Please include a photograph of the fault. We usually have extra products in stock, and will quickly dispatch a replacement.

If a fault occurs with a product that you have been using for some time, you can also send a photograph and a description of the problem.
Please note that our warranty does not cover faults or defects that arise from misuse, inappropriate handling, lack of maintenance, or normal wear.

We will always cover the cost of justified complaints, and we handle all reclamations with the least possible inconvenience to our customers.
